9.3 Please note that certain rights may be limited where jiliccc is required to retain or process your data to comply with a legal obligation, including PAGCOR regulatory requirements and AMLA obligations.

10.Children's Privacy

10.1 The jiliccc platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above, in accordance with PAGCOR's age restriction for online casino gaming in the Philippines. jiliccc does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age.

10.2 If jiliccc becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately closed, all data will be deleted, and any deposits will be returned in accordance with jiliccc's underage account procedures.
