4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jiliccc accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. jiliccc does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are typically credited to your jiliccc account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the sending institution.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to GCash or PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. jiliccc reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the jiliccc cashier page and are subject to change. jiliccc reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion.
4.6 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods not registered in your name, is prohibited.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 5.4 Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated. Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or collusion, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
5.5 jiliccc reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior in connection with a promotion.
6.1 All games available on jiliccc are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

10.2 jiliccc's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 jiliccc does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 jiliccc collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jiliccc platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.4 jiliccc operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
